My musical life and the process of how to live it exist within the boundaries of the larger awareness of sound itself. The sounds of life are with us at all moments. The sounds inside the concert hall as well as in the world we live in. The energy that emanates is a result of our control, but mostly without it. My interests are in allowing freedom for the performer, engaging an audience yet challenging the listener to remain interested in the sounds outside the created form.
